Vincent Wang started his career in the Chinese motorsport industry nearly 20 years ago. He was responsible for the championship winning team SVW 333 Team in the CTCC, organised the Polo Cup single brand event and founded the first motor racing school in China. He was manager of the Shanghai Tianma Circuit (STC) before he was appointed as CEO of Hongkong based Brilliance In Excellence (BIE) company, new owner of the NIO 333 FE Team for season 6 of the all-electric racing series. With rich experience garnered in the motorsport field, Vincent will lead the new team once again in to the 2021 FIA Formula E World Championship season.

Christian SilksTeam PrincipalChristian Silk joined the NIO FE Team at the beginning of 2016/17 season to head up the Race and Test Engineering Department. Previously, he had held numerous positions in a variety of teams competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship since graduating in 1987. For most of his career in F1, Christian focused on Race and Performance Engineering, although he also held senior positions in motorsport Project Management and Production departments. Following 11 years with the Renault F1 Team, including eight as Chief Test Engineer, he worked for both Marussia and Williams F1 Teams.

Roberto CostaTeam ManagerFor his next step in a motorsport careering that spans over 40 years (including Formula 1, Sportscar and Touring car racing), Roberto joined Team China Racing Team for the first Formula E season back in 2015, who went on to win the inaugural Drivers’ Championship with Nelson Piquet Jnr. He has been with the team ever since as a member of the NIO FE Race Engineering department and became Team Manager under the new NIO 333 FE Team ownership at the start of Season 6.

He was the recipient of the prestigious McLaren Autosport BRDC Award in 2006, the year he finished as vice champion in Formula BMW and was 2008 British F3 vice champion. Oliver has also competed in the GP2 Series, Formula Renault 3.5, the FIA World Endurance Championship and fulfilled the role of McLaren F1 test driver for six seasons.
Since joining the Formula E series for the Season 1 finale in London, Oliver has become an important member of NIO 333 FE team line-up, competing in 58 races. His strong performance in qualifying allowed him to reach both Super Pole sessions in the London ePrix double header at the end of Season 2 and his form continued into Season 3 where he scored his maiden pole in Mexico and secured his place in eight consecutive Super Pole shoot-outs. Into his fourth season of the series (2017/18), Oliver clinched Pole Position in Mexico and came home to receive his first ABB FIA Formula E Championship trophy on the second step of the podium. With five seasons behind him, Turvey will be hunting for his maiden win in the series in Season 7 which commences in January 2021. -

Tom BlomqvistDriverUKBritish racing driver Tom Blomqvist is the son of legendary rally driver Stig Blomqvist and has since established a reputation as one of the world’s leading racing drivers with wide-ranging experience across GT competition, the DTM and Formula E.
2010 was Tom’s breakout year. He became Formula Renault UK Championship’s youngest-ever series winner in his rookie year at the age of 16. Tom has tasted further success in single-seaters, winning races in German and European Formula 3 and earned the title of Vice-Champion in the 2014 FIA F3 European Championship. Signing with BMW Motorsport in 2015, Tom contested three years in the DTM with a best championship finish of 6th place. Tom was also utilised by BMW for their GT programme and is a previous winner of Spa 24 Hours.
Tom has previous experience in the ABB FIA Formula E Championship when he returned to single-seater racing in the 2017/18 season. The Anglo-Swede contested six races for MS&AD Andretti, with a best finish of eighth on his debut in Marrakesh and joined Panasonic Jaguar Racing for the final two races of the 2019-20 ABB FIA Formula E Championship in Berlin, reaching Super Pole on his first day in the car.
